Type: yancha oolong (also known as rock/cliff oolong)
Origin: Wuyi, Fujian, China
Shui Jin Gui in Chinese, this yancha is grown at over 900 elevation in Zhengyan area in Wuyi mountain, The small quantity of harvest marks Shui Jin Gui a tea hard to come by, and one with a higher price tag. That being said…in a session, you will taste toasted almonds, salted prunes, and more. Each infusion leaves you salivating.

Brewing Tips:
5g/100 ml using 98 Celsius water (near boiling). Start with 10-15 second infusions
