Shipping policy

Tea Orders:

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks of processing time for your order. 

Once on its way, your shipment will pass through customs in both China and your destination country. Because customs clearance is managed entirely by logistical authorities, these administrative processes and any resulting delays are beyond our control. Should any local customs issues arise, reaching out to your regional agency directly as the resident importer is often the fastest way to get an update.

Additionally, transit times may occasionally vary from initial estimates due to external global logistics factors. While we operate independently from the couriers and cannot control their final delivery speeds, please rest assured that we take great care in monitoring your shipment and provide you with any updates we can secure from our end. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we bring these teas directly to you.

Teaware:

All teaware orders are dispatched from our U.S. warehouse. We offer free shipping for orders above $60 in the U.S.

For orders under $60, a flat rate is applied. 

An order confirmation will be sent by email with a tracking number.
