A love story with tea

I drinked black/red teas from UK and India my whole life. The Red Phoenix was my first approach to a non-blended red tea and the start of a love story.
At first, I thought it was a more adequate tea for the winter, but steep by steep I started to appreciate all the nuisances this wonderful tea has. A great partner to Mi Lan Oolong and a magnificent red tea that would blow your mind all year long.

I didn't know what to expect from Phoenix red! I knew it would be good as I'm a huge fan of Teaphile's Phoenix oolong/dancong. I'm so glad I tried this and wish I could buy a lifetime supply. It is one of the best teas I've ever had. It has the richness of red, though it is still light as air, and the honey of milan xiang. It is liquid happiness.
