Origin: Yixing, Jiangxu

Suitable for oolong and black teas, this gongfu cha teapot has a wide opening, allowing you to easily pack in tea leaves and to clean up. The coating develops over time when the pores of the clay open and absorbs the colour and flavour of your tea. Avoid soap and let it air dry after rinsing.

Beautiful and very steady teapot

Looking for a teapot, I ran into Teaphile, and Annie suggested me this teapot. I could not be happier.
She indicated me how to properly take care of the it, as well as the first cleaning which I had no idea about.
I think it is amazing and beautiful pot that reinforces some of the taste from the teas. I decided to dedicate it to green oolongs because I feel it's more suitable that way.
