Named after the Chinese goddess Guanshiyin in the Buddhist tradition, ‘guan yin” means ‘one who perceives the sounds of the world’.
Cultivated in Anxi, Fujian province, this lightly oxidized wulong is picked in Spring. Using traditional techniques from its birth in 19th century, this wulong produces a delicate aroma with a grassy note, it's a tea best for early mornings.
