Beidou meaning North Star, this yancha is arguably the direct decedent of the Da Hong Pao mother tree, the most renowned Wuyi Yancha (also known as Big Red Robe). Processed in true yancha tradition, this is an earthy, grounding tea with a robust mouthful. Bold tea liquor followed with a gentle sweetness with subsequent infusions. Reminiscent of Asian pears and chocolate cookies.
