From the same producer of our loose-leaf Shu Cha are these hand-pressed dragonballs. This Xigui pu'er is made with ancient tree 古樹 material and the processing is highly limited every year. The high minerality and complex notes have earned Xigui the reputation of one of the top-tier sheng cha. A perfect balance of bitter grassy notes and a silky texture. The floral profile reveals itself with multiple infusions.

Pressed teas are generally a third of the volume of teas in its loose leaf form. These pressed teas are exactly one serving (6g) and they are easily stored for traveling and storage. Each produces roughly 4 cups of tea or 10+ infusions brewing gongfu cha. Bring a few on the hiking trail or as gifts!

1.5 oz | 6 dragonballs

Brewing Tips:

1 mini tea cake /100 ml using 98 Celsius water (near boiling). Start with 10 second infusions.

A dragonball that would help you achieve your wishes

As a drinker I am mostly used to red teas or dark oolongs, sheng are normally too bitter for me. However I was waiting to try something new and Annie recommended me this tea.
I would say that I was surprised but it wasn't true because I have not failed with her recs yet.
This tea is a gentle tea that has vegetable notes but doesn't get bitter if brew correctly. As a dragonball is easy to brew and you don't need to be concern about measuring the grams, which for me it's very comfortable in a workspace.
Very recommendable.
